| Selection trial for senior Kabaddi teams. | | | JAMMU | JAN 28
Kuldeep Gupta, General Secretary of Jammu & Kashmir Amateur Kabaddi Association
told that the selection trial of senior men and women will be conducted on 7th to 9th Feb. 2007 at Gulshan Ground, Police Line, Jammu.
Players selected from these trials of Senior State teams will participate in 54th senior national Kabaddi Championship held on 28th Feb. to 4th March-2007 at Andhra Pradesh. The eligibility criteria for men section will be below 85 kg body weight and women section below 70 kg body weight. The trial will be conducted under the supervision of General Secretary of state Association.
The teams will be selected by the selection committee headed by Kuldeep Gupta ( chairman) , M.S. Baba ( Convener ) , S.Bhupinder Singh Tirthi Member, SurinderMohan Member, Bashrat Khan Member, Fazal Hussain( Represented India campus –J&K Police Deptt.) member, Ajit Singh (Represented India campus –J&K Police Deptt.) member, Sangram Singh ( National Medalist) member and Jasdev Singh ( National Medalist) member
