| DPS organizes debate competition | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 12 : An Inter house debate competition for the students of middle wing (VI - VIII) was organised by Delhi Public School in order to enhance the oratory skills of the students .The topics were "Development a step ahead or hollowing of the Earth" for the Middle Wing.
The events were adjudged by Prof. Ramneek Kour-Women’s College Parade, Jammu, who was very happy to see the zeal and enthusiasm of the students. She also encouraged the students by appreciating their talent.
Ananya Lohani from Tawi House won the first prize, followed by Shriya Bhatt of Ganga House and Anandi Gandotra of Chenab House who won second and third prize respectively from the Middle Wing.
The Principal Sudarshan Sonar gave away the prizes to the winners and congratulated them. He also congratulated the team of teachers who organized these competitions successfully and also urged the other students to participate in similar activities, in order to bring holistic development and exposure to their character. |
