IDP pays Homage to martyrs | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 13: Internationalist Democratic Party (IDP) and Mahila Adhikar Sangthan (MAS) of Samba today paid homage to Hoshiar Singh and Shashi Bala on the 4th Anniversary of their martyrdom on the eve of mother day. Large number of peoples which included mazdoor-kissan, lawyers, senior citizens, intellectuals, youths, businessmen, trade unions and students besides others were also present on the occasion to paid homage to the martyrdoms. Chairman Kashmir Times publication Ved Basin was the chief guest while chairman Punjab human rights orga nisation Ajeet Singh and president chamber of commerce and industry Jammu Y.V. Sharma were the guest of honour on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion national president IDP I D Khajuria said that undoubtly the world has entered into a new process of capitalization and globalization due to which the nation states have lost their sovereignty considerably and have turned as global capital and its complaint nation states with totalitarian communities. He further said that in actual globalization was a historical stage of the human society and is not a brain-child of any super power or any individual, it is the human knowledge of science and technology that based on common interests of trade, travel, transport and tourism which has made nations most independent and has also made the earlier steel-framed borders pours of the neighboring countries and the old enmities slowly and surely been heading towards amity. He also said that the present world in reality demands new development model and empowerment of people from village to participate in political and economical fields i.e. participatory democracy based on the principles of tolerance, trans-nationalism, truth, trust and transparency in politics and equity. Also speaking on the occasion S.S Sambyal and J.A Kazmi said that the present system is a unsuitable and scrupulous which is pushing India towards disaster and justifying money power, muscle power, corruption, casteism and communalism to capture the political power. Prominent who were present on the occasion included Hamir Singh, Indu Sambyal, Sushma Sambyal, Anita Kandley, Kartar Chand, Varinder Singh and Robin Sharma besides other. |
