| Plus 2 Lecturers Forum holds meet, discusses issues | | | Early Times Report
DODA, May 13: All J&K Contractual Lecturer (10+2)Forum held a meeting at District Headquarter Doda under the Chairmanship of Azad Hussain Wani President (Distt. Unit Doda) and discussed various problems faced by 10+2 Contractual Lecturers for academic arrangement and also discussed the various SRO's issued by State Govt. regarding Contractual Lecturers for academic arrangement.
The lecturers rued that despite Govt. orders from time to time, they had been deprived of their legitimate due.
Sighting different Government orders and SROs published with regards to appointment of contractual lecturers from time to time, Wani said that if state Govt do not take any initiative regarding the demand such as implementation of the SROs and regularization of contractual Lecturer/ Adhoc / Academic Arrangement and also appeal the Education Minister to concede their demand at an earliest for the welfare of thousands of contractual lecturer and not to force them to chose the path of agitation among other presents during the meeting included.
