JAMMU, May 14: Several persons including Sarpanch of village Nariyan of Kalakote joined Congress party under the leader ship of Abdul Gani Kohli. Adressing the gathering, Kohli said that Congress is a secular party and on seeing party's achievments youth in numbers expressed their will to join the party.
