Rajouri, May 15: While Youth Congress top leaders are all set to strengthen the youth wing of the Congress party by holding its organizational polls but discrepancies in electoral rolls for the coming polls are alleged by many youth leaders in Rajouri.
According to sources within the youth wing of the party the fresh electoral lists are being prepared but mass discrepancies are alleged by some workers who allege that many youth leaders have got the names of appropriate and entitled voters erased just to cut down the supporters of their rivals and to avail befit in return during the polls in Rajouri city and its adjoining areas.
According to the sources within youth congress, some of contenders have a direct role in getting the voters list 'dissected' in their favour. "The move came as a well though strategy to weaken their rivals to emerge as winner in the so called 'democratic set up' though in clandestine manner setting winds artificially in their favour, sources said. Sources also revealed that at occasion the Youth Congress leaders such were even seen indulged in verbal dual.
Political analysts in Rajouri Belt after this development are in opinion that discrepancies in voter list of Youth Congress will put genuine leaders at loser's end which will take toll of the youth Congress mass hold in the district instead of giving the desired results.
When early times contacted one of the youth Congress leader (who is expected a strong leader of youth Congress) on promised anonymity showing his dissatisfaction said that upcoming polls with discrepancies made to give beneficial to those who just want a rank or chair in organization will take health of the organization.
