| BPEd students leave for Patnitop camp | | | early times report
JAMMU, May 16: A group of 60 student and teachers were today flagged off for a week-long camping at hill station of Patintop by Director Physical Education and Sports, Prof Dhian Singh Bhau on the campus, here.
As part of their course, these students of Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) and Master of Physical Education (MPEd) shall be taking part in different activities of hiking, trekking, rock climbing, yoga, painting and sketching under the guidance of experts accompanying them.
Earlier, Prof Bhau advised the campers to maintain discipline, so as to achieve the desired results.
He said that such activities help inculcate sense of responsibility and develop leadership qualities. He wished the campers success in this week-long activity. |
