| CE EM&RE appeals people to register extra load during marriage ceremony | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, May 16: Chief Engineer, Electric Maintenance & R.E Wing Kashmir has appealed the consumers to approach the concerned sub-divisional offices for regularization of the extra load being used during the marriage ceremony. He further asked to retain the receipt of the temporary charges paid for the purpose and produce the same to the inspection squad on demand. Any consumer who fails to register the extra load meant for the illumination shall have to bear the inconvenience on account of disruption of power supply to his installation. Besides, penalty as per the J&K Electricity Act 2010 in vogue shall also be levied against the defaulter. |
