| NC leader raises issues of migrants with Relief Commissioner | | | | Jammu May 18: A senior NC Leader and Minority Cell M.L Munshi today called on Relief commissioner (M,) Jammu and apprised him of the problems being faced by the KP migrants. He apprised the Relief Commissioner (Migrant) about demands of the migrants for the enhancement of the enhancement of the Cash Relief amount in the light of the steep rise of essential commodities and etc. He also assured raised the issue of agitating KP migrant youth most of them have turned over aged Kashmiri youth. The KP migrant youth who have turned overaged due to migration in1990 deserve sympathies. Munshi apprised Relief Commissioner (M), Jammu about the forthcoming Kheer Bhawani Festival Zeshth Astmi on May 29 and requested that transport to be deployed for ferrying the Migrant pilgrims to Kheerbhawani in the valley free of cost. |
