Bank cashier arrested for obscene act at public place

Udhampur, May 19 : Police today arrested cashier of Punjab and Sindh Bank Udhampur for allegedly indulging a obscene act at public place following a written complaint from Kunti Devi Dassi Temple Incharge ISKCON Temple Dhar Road, Udhampur. According to police one Romesh Chander S/O Kunj Lal R/O Sambal Road Udhampur was arrested for allegedly being indulged in an obscene acts at public place "As per the written complaint at Police Station Udhampur today, the said accused was found allegedly indulging in obscene acts with one woman in the Temple 'parikrama' thereby causing annoyance to the complainant as well as other people visiting that Holy place, police said.
Upon this complaint a case FIR No.166/2012 U/S 294 RPC has been registered at Police Station Udhampur and alleged accused namely Romesh Chander has been arrested and put behind bars immediately. The investigation of the case has been started.
