PIL, Seeking JK Govt to take over Dharmarth Trust management | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 19 : In a Public Interest Litigation filed by Narian Singh and Ors seeking that the State Govt to (PIL) take the management of Dharamarth properties which according to the petitioners are under illegal management of Dr. Karan Singh, Ajatshatru, Vikramditya Singh both sons of Dr. Karan Singh and President Dharamarth Trust. The petitioners have sought take over oif the truest management by the state government. After hearing the parties a Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir High Court comprising Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar observed that Dr. Karan Singh, Mr. Ajatshatru, Vikramditya Singh and President Dharamarth Trust have already filed the objections. Gagan Basotra AAG stated at bar that objections already filed by the private respondents be treated as objections on behalf of State of J&K. Upon this the DB ordered that Statement of AAG is taken on record and list again. In the objections filed by the private respondents on other grounds have prayed that the review petition may kindly be dismissed with heavy cost. JNF |
