| BJP reviews political activities in RS Pura | | | Early Times Report
Jammu , May 21 : BJP State General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Koul, After taking his new responsibility in the party, paid visit to R.S.Pura and chaired a meeting of district office bearers, mandal presidents and heads of morchas. He was accompanied by State General Secretary Sat Sharma (C.A.) and Suchetgarh MLA Sham Choudhary. The meeting was convened by District President Jasbir Singh Lucky. In the meeting, political actvities being undertaken during the past three months were reviewed and the forthcoming programmes and other activities were taken up. Ashok Koul, while expressing satisfaction over the party's activities, explained the workers about the significance of the organisation, its ideology and principles which are the basic pillars.He said that an organisation is like a family, where we jointly work to ensure its smooth functioning and strengthening it with the dint of our comitment. Sat Sharma said that BJP has been continuously raising the public related issues through different democratic modes and our activists are seen on roads agitating for the mitigation of the sufferings of masses. He said the party MLAs too have been raising the public issues inside the asembly forcefully and exerting pressure on the government to invite its attention towards the same.
He asked the party activists to put more efforts to expose the NC-Congress coalition for its anti-people approach. Party MLA Sham Choudhary briefed the meeting about various developmental works being completed and those in progress in different areas of the constituency.Sat Pal Puppy, H.S.Pummy, Gursharan Singh, Raj Singh were prominent among others who also expressed their views on a number of issues. |
