| Shiva temple, school burgled | | | early times report
RAJOURI, May 23: A temple of Lord Shiva and a government Higher secondary School were burgled by unknown persons in the town here last night.
Burglars stole a donation box, which contained cash, from the Shiva temple at Nabban Mohalla in the city here, police sources said.
Locals strongly condemned the incident and said Rajouri police had totally failed to prevent thefts and maintain law and order situation in the district.
In the other incident, burglars broke into Government Higher Secondary School and stole some cash from the office of Principal Razia Qureshi. Though police had registered cases in this connection, the accused were yet to be apprehended.
