| Girls inter-district Kho-Kho tourney begins | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 26: Orga-nised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS), the annual divisional level inter-district girls kho-kho competitions got underway at Youth Hostel Nagrota, near here today.
Earlier, the competition in under-14 and under-17 age categories was declared open by Director DYSS, Jaipal Singh. Among others present were Deputy Director, SS Bali, Dr Swaran Singh, Pushpa Sharma, Man-orma Sharma, Jeet Singh, Sarita Padha, Jaswant Singh, Rakesh Kakkar, Tilak Raj and Rajesh Sambyal.

KHO-KHO U-14: Jammu bt Rajouri by seven points; Udhampur bt Samba by two points; Reasi bt Doda by four points; Poonch bt Kishtwar by five points; Rajouri bt Ramban by five points; Poonch bt Kathua by an innings and six points; Samba bt Kathua by an innings and 12 points; Jammu bt Doda by five points; Udhampur bt Kishtwar by six points; Reasi bt Ramban by eight points. KHO-KHO U-17: Kishtwar bt Poonch by an innings and seven points; Jammu bt Rajouri by an innings and three points; Udhampur bt Samba by one point; Doda bt Reasi by one point; Kishtwar bt Poonch by an innings and one point; Doda bt Reasi by one point; Kishtwar bt Poonch by an innings and one point; Rajouri bt Ramban by an innings and four points; Samba bt Kishtwar by an innings and three points; Jammu bt Doda by an innings and four points; Udhampur bt Kishtwar by an innings and four points; Reasi bt Ramban by an innings and one point.
