| Cadres of Education Deptt organises conference | | | Early Times Report
POONCH, May 28: A day long educational conference was organized jointly by all the cadres of Education Department of Poonch.
Director School Education Jammu G.A Qureshi attended this conference as chief guest while Chief Education Officer, Poonch M.A Chouhan presided over the conference and Principal DIET Poonch Iqbal Choudhary was guest of honour.
More than 2000 employees of education department from length and breadth of the District Poonch were present in the conference at HSS Boys Surankote.
This conference was organized to discuss the various problems being faced by different cadres of the department and find a solution to these problems. In this conference the 1st ever best lecturer award was given to Mohd Aziz lecturer HSS Mankote for his contribution to the department.
The award was given by +2 Lecturers Forum President Imtiaz Kazmi, it included a memento and Rs 5000 cash. Principal DIET Iqbal Choudhary highlighted the role and achievement of DIET Poonch. CEO Poonch M.A Chouhan speaking on the occasion raised various issues concerning the administration.
Director School Education Jammu G.A Qureshi appreciated the organizers and urged upon the teacher community to work with zeal and dedication. He also assured to resolve the problems highlighted in the conference. |
