AGPS excels in 10th class CBSE results | | | Early Times Report
RAJOURI, May 28: In the recently declared Class X CBSE results, Army Goodwill Public School (AGPS), Rajouri has achieved perfect 100% result. Out of a total of 75 students who appeared for the class X CBSE exam 2011-12, 10 students have got A1 grade (more than 90%), including four students who have got 100% marks in all the subjects. 15 students have got A2 grade (between 80-90%), 26 students have got B1 grade (between 70-80%) and 16 have got B2 grade (between 60-70%). Anju Bharti, Afshan Pervaiz, Lubna Akhter and Sahil Sharma scored A1 grade in all subjects and topped the examination. When contacted, Anju Bharti, who is a Sadbhavna sponsored student by Army said that she was extremely happy as she had lived upto the expectations of her mother and also gave full credit to her teachers of AGPS, Rajouri. She expressed her desire to become an Army Officer. Sahil Sharma was happy for his parents and thanked his school teachers for helping in his preparations and expressed his desire to become an Engineer. Lubna Akhtar said that introduction of Eureka software and Language Lab in Army Goodwill Public School had helped her in her preparation for Science, Maths and English subjects. Her aim in life is to become a good human being and a successful Cardiologist. Afshan Pervaiz expressed her desire to become an IAS Officer. In addition, one of the student out of 17 from 'Below Poverty Line' families and financially supported for education by the Army, Anju Bharti has scored 100% marks in all subjects, which is a great achievement in itself. |
