| Kumar stresses on streamlining registration process by H&UDD | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 28: Principal Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department (H&UDD), Suresh Kumar chaired a training session of officers of the department at Jammu today.
Principal Secretary said that main objective of conducting such training sessions is to familiarize the officers with the e-governance methods and applications designed and developed by the Housing and Urban Development Department for online registration of births and deaths, approval of building permission and various other applications
Kumar said that the website jkhudd.co.in will facilitate the applicants to trace the status of their application and registrations.
In the meeting experts of H&UDD made the participants aware of the new techniques. Mr Kumar stressed that H&UDD should provide user passwords to the government and private institutions for streamlining the process of birth and death records.
Among others, Commissioner JMC, Kuldeep Lal Khajuria, Director Urban Local Bodies Jammu, F.C. Bhagat, ADDC Jammu, Executive Engineers of PWD, R&B, Chief Town Planner, Planning Organization Jammu, ACD, Nazool and other senior functionaries of concerned departments were present on the occasion. |
