| Kisan Movement calls on DC Kathua | | |

Kathua, May 28: A delegation of Kisaan Movement today called on Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kathua to appraise her about their long pending demand to demolish a small channel posing a threat to a Tube well in the area of Chung Gatti.
President of Kisaan Movement Hurmat Singh was accompanied with Tehsil president Daya Ram Sharma, and Ashwani Kumar Sharma raised the issue that the channel is siphoning the water from the river which get wasted but is collected around the Tube Well of the area resulting threat to foundation of Tube Well. |
