| Training prog on implementation of e-governance applications held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 28: A training programme regarding implementation of e-governance applications including on-line issuance of building permissions, on-line registration and issuance of birth certificates, accrual based double entry accounting system and court cases monitoring system was held today in the Meeting Hall of District Development Commissioner, Jammu under the supervision of Principal Secretary to Govt. Housing & Urban Development Deptt.
The Commissioner, JMC, Director Local Bodies, Jammu, Joint Commissioner (A), JMC, Dy Director Local Bodies, Jammu, Supdt Government Medical College Hospital, Jammu, Executive Officers of Local Bodies, Medical Record Officers of Govt. and private hospitals/nursing homes along with concerned staff also attended the training programme.
The officers of Jammu Municipal Corporation and Accounts Section associated with building permissions, issuance of birth certificates attended the meeting. Besides, the other departments i.e. PHE, UEED, Traffic, Revenue, PDD and Town Planning associated with issuance of NOCs were also present in the meeting.
The training was imparted by NIC expert Harbaksh Singh and others. During training programme, the concerned officers/staff was familiarized about the e-governance applications and on-line registration as well issuance of building permissions and birth certificates. |
