Black marketing of kerosene oil:
‘Lions share goes to CAPD Minister Taj-Mohi-Ud-Din’: Shiv Sena
1/30/2007 11:33:33 PM
Jammu, January 30
Training their guns on the CAPD

Minister Taj-Mohi-Ud-Din in view of the cancellation of 1111
kerosene oil licenses in one go, President of the state unit of
Shiv Sena Anan Sharma on Tuesday demanded a high level
probe by an independent agency like CBI after taking the
resignation of CAPD minister.
Alleging that CAPD minister was hand in glove with the touts
running the business of distribution of Kerosene oil licenses,
Shiv Sena President said that the way the minister wants to
check the K.Oil mafia is an eye wash for the state govt and an
harassment for the dealers of the Jammu region.
”I want to ask, if there is not even a single person/dealer who is
honest in the eyes of the concerned minister.
Appealing state govt to review its decision, Anan Sharma said the
decision to cancel the licenses was taken by the minister to save
his touts.
He said not a single license has been cancelled or suspended
in the valley where the k.oil mafia has its deep roots.
He said the kerosene oil is sold in black market at Pantha
chowk in Srinagar and the amount
realized thereof is being
utilized to gear up militancy in the state. The concerned minister
is very much aware of the fact and a lions share goes to the
pocket of the concerned minister Taj Mohi-Ud-Din.

Emerging out of the meeting of the Shiv sena activist held under
his leadership,Sharma said as per the statement of the CAPD
minister the licenses were issued by the former National conference
government and the same only existed on papers but till date
no concrete step was taken by the present govt.
He said, the SSP Jammu had suspended 128 such licneses
which only existed on papers but all these licenses were revived

by the concerned authorities after taking a handsome illegal
gratification amount.
He said the state government was expected to suspend / terminate
the officers /officials who have issued so called fake /bogus
licenses but no action was taken against them.
Reminding chief Minister GhulamNabi Azad of his promise to
provide a corruption free administration Anan Sharma said by
canelling the licenses the govt has added to the list of
unemployed youth and snatched the livelihood of the
1111 families in one go.
The meeting was also attended by Laba Ram Gandhi of west
Pakistan Refugee Action committee,
Rajiv Chunni of Refugee Front,Chander Mohan of
Praja Parishad,UdayChand of
Duggar Pradesh,
Sanjay Mahey Parshad of Shiv Sena,Kuldeep Luthra, RS Bali,
Ashwani Gandotra,Ashok Pandey,Sanjeev Kohli and several
other hiv Sena activists.
