| Black marketing of kerosene oil: | | ‘Lions share goes to CAPD Minister Taj-Mohi-Ud-Din’: Shiv Sena | | Jammu, January 30 Training their guns on the CAPD Minister Taj-Mohi-Ud-Din in view of the cancellation of 1111 kerosene oil licenses in one go, President of the state unit of Shiv Sena Anan Sharma on Tuesday demanded a high level probe by an independent agency like CBI after taking the resignation of CAPD minister. Alleging that CAPD minister was hand in glove with the touts running the business of distribution of Kerosene oil licenses, Shiv Sena President said that the way the minister wants to check the K.Oil mafia is an eye wash for the state govt and an harassment for the dealers of the Jammu region. ”I want to ask, if there is not even a single person/dealer who is honest in the eyes of the concerned minister. Appealing state govt to review its decision, Anan Sharma said the decision to cancel the licenses was taken by the minister to save his touts. He said not a single license has been cancelled or suspended in the valley where the k.oil mafia has its deep roots. He said the kerosene oil is sold in black market at Pantha chowk in Srinagar and the amount realized thereof is being utilized to gear up militancy in the state.The concerned minister is very much aware of the fact and a lions share goes to the pocket of the concerned minister Taj Mohi-Ud-Din.
Emerging out of the meeting of the Shiv sena activist held under his leadership,Sharma said as per the statement of the CAPD minister the licenses were issued by the former National conference government and the same only existed on papers but till date no concrete step was taken by the present govt. He said, the SSP Jammu had suspended 128 such licneses which only existed on papers but all these licenses were revived by the concerned authorities after taking a handsome illegal gratification amount. He said the state government was expected to suspend / terminate the officers /officials who have issued so called fake /bogus licenses but no action was taken against them. Reminding chief Minister GhulamNabi Azad of his promise to provide a corruption free administration Anan Sharma said by canelling the licenses the govt has added to the list of unemployed youth and snatched the livelihood of the 1111 families in one go. The meeting was also attended by Laba Ram Gandhi of west Pakistan Refugee Action committee, Rajiv Chunni of Refugee Front,Chander Mohan of Praja Parishad,UdayChand of Duggar Pradesh, Sanjay Mahey Parshad of Shiv Sena,Kuldeep Luthra, RS Bali, Ashwani Gandotra,Ashok Pandey,Sanjeev Kohli and several other hiv Sena activists.
