| Timing for Kargil-Leh bound vehicles re-scheduled | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, June 1: As per government notification issued today the timing of vehicular traffic plying on Srinagar-Kargil-Leh National Highway has been rescheduled.
As per revised schedule all type of vehicles including the vehicles of Army and Para Military Forces should have to leave from Kargil at 4.00 am, from Drass at 6.00 a.m and from Gumri at 10.00 am so as to cross Zojila by 11.00 am.
Accordingly the Kargil and Leh bound vehicles have to cross Sonamarg at 3.00 pm.
However there should be no restriction for movement of light motor vehicles on the highway, the notification envisaged. |
