| BJP accuses MP of neglecting Kishtwar | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Jun 2: BJP has accused member of parliament (MP) Lal Singh of neglecting Kishtwar on all fronts.
In a statement issued here today, BJP secretary Sunil Sharma said Kishtwar had been given step-motherly treatment by the MP.
He also alleged the misuse of MPLAD, saying Kishtwar had been ignored on this front too. Terming the Friday's meeting of vigilance and monitoring committee as mere eye wash, Sunil said that "ingenuine" persons had been nominated for the so-called committee allegedly on the recommendation of local congress MLA.
He urged the RDD minister to dissolve the committee constituted by the MP and nominate genuine and prominent persons of the area irrespective of their political affiliations so that the ongoing development works could be properly monitored and checked.
