JAMMU, Jun 3: Sainik Colony residents held a massive demonstration here today against long and unscheduled power cuts.
The irate residents blocked the National Highway and shouted slogans against PDD.
This disrupted the traffic on highway causing huge inconvenience to passengers. Police promptly swung into action and diverted the traffic.

The low voltage has added to their woes. This is adversely affecting the health of infants and studies of children, the protesters rued.
