IAS exam qualifier interacts with VJ Academy students | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 5: VJ IAS Academy, a Delhi based IAS academy, having a branch in Jammu, organized a free interaction session with Raj Kamal Arya, who cleared the prestigious Civil Services Examination, 2012, the result of which was declared recently. The aspirants for IAS as well as KAS participated in the session. Arya, enlightened the aspirants about the various facets of the examination. He highlighted the importance of strategy in clearing these tough examinations. Arya cleared the doubts of the aspirants regarding the choice of optionals, time management, how to remain motivated, the choice of study material, the role of coaching, among other things. Arya highlighted the role of civil service in the society. He emphasized that despite many a career options available today, the civil service still commands the top choice among the youth. He encouraged the aspirants to come out with flying colours, as in the recent years, the students have been scoring top ranks in these exam from our state. He noted that civil services provide prestige, status as well as job security. At the end of the session, the Director of the academy, J S Kamra, thanked Arya and wished him a bright career and a prosperous life ahead. |
