Concern expressed over delay in issuing orders in favour of selected teachers | | | Kishtwar, June 6 : Former President DYC Kishtwar and member J&K Pradesh Congress Committee, Sheikh Nasir Hussain Advocate has stressed upon Education authorities to issue the order in favour of 113 selected teachers so that they can join their duties. Sheikh Nasir has said that most of the schools in the district especially in far flung areas are suffering due to lack of teaching staff and even poor students are forced to come on streets. But the authorities are not serious to solve the problem. He has said that this non serious approach of authorities of Education dept. towards the problems faced by the people of District Kishtwar. He has said that the need of the hour is that more posts for the district should be created but it is very unfortunate that more than six months have passed but the already selected teachers are not being issued the orders what to talk of creating new posts. Sheikh Nasir has said that most of the selected teachers were are also figuring in ReT panels and due to delay in issuance of orders they were compelled to join as ReT's as result the waiting candidates in ReT panels have to wait more and it will again take time to fill up the vacancies of ReTs. Nasir has appealed Chief Minister who is also holding charge of Education to intervene into the matter and issue directions upon the concerned authorities to issue the orders in favour of selected candidates without further delay. |
