Sitting of subordinate judges during vacations

JAMMU, June 06: An order has been issued by principal district and sessions judge Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal that the district sessions judge would deal with emergent criminal matters of Jammu district during summer vacations from June 16 to June 30.
Subash Chander Gupta, 2nd additional session's judge, Jammu, would hold the court from June 16 to June 23 and R N Wattal, additional sessions judge, Jammu, would hold the court from June 24 to June 30.
In another order issued by CJM Jatinder Singh Jamwal, three judicial magistrates were to function as duty magistrates during summer vacations to deal with emergent criminal cases of Jammu district.
Abdul Nasir, city judge, would hold the court from June 16 to June 20, Manjeet Rai, sub-registrar, Jammu, would hold the court from June 21 to June 25 and Vijay Singh Manhas, special passenger tax magistrate, Jammu, would hold the court from June 26 to June 30.
