| Prakash Utsav of Saint Kabirji to be celebrated on Sunday | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, June 7: Sad Guru Kabir Sabha Udhampur is going to celebrate 614th "Parkash Utsav" of Saint Kabir Sahib on 10th Of june 2012 at Kabir bhawan , Baryal near Air Force Station in Udhampur District. Briefing about the various arrangements already put in place by the Kabir Sabha for the successful conduct of the Kabir jayanti, the president of kabir sabha Udhampur, Ram Lal Bhagat disclosed during an intraction with the media persons here today.
While addressing, President of Sabha informed that Sabha is going to honour the meritorious students who excel in matric and higher classes examinations in the session 2011-12. He elaborated that the Shoba Yatra in connection with Kabir jayati will start from Kabir bhawan udhampur at 8 am sharp, it will comprise of various jhankis. The procession will move through Venus chowk, sailan talab,Chabutra bazaar, Dabbar chowk,Mukharjee bazaar, Ramnagar chowk, court road, slathia chowk, Dhar Road and finally culminate at Kabir Bhawan Baryal,Udhampur where rich tributes will be paid to the great spiritual Saint.
He also disclosed that kabir jayati will be celebrated at Mjalata and Mali of distt. Udhampur.
Bhagta (Katra) of Reasi with great enthusiasm on their dates. He appealed to all the followers of sant Kabir to reach at Kabir Bhawan for the celebration of Parkash utsav of Sant Kabir sahib.
The pess conference was attented by Chairman Ved Parkash, Gen. Secretary Durga Dass, Youth President Raj Kumar, senior vice president Chuni Lal, cashier Om Parkash, Puran Chand, Suresh Kumar and all other active members of Kabir Sabha. |
