Saroori meets Chatroo fire victims

Chairman, (MOS) J&K State Social Welfare Board (MLA Inderwal) GM Saroori has expressed grief and anguish over the tragic fire incident which took place at Village Deller, Chatroo, last night in which about 15 residential houses were completely gutted in a devastating fire.
In order to take stock of the situation Saroori, personally visited Chatroo today and took stock of relief and rehabilitation measures and loss of property caused due to the fire. A team of officers including SDM, Kistwar accompanied him. He extended the concerned officers to assess the losses immediately so that suitable relief could be provided to the affected people at the earliest.
Saroori, also distributed ration, blankets and other relief material among the affected people and assured them on behalf of the Chief Minister that every possible step would be taken to provide suitable relief soon.
