| NYK Invites applications for NSV | | | Poonch | Jan 31
Nehru Yuva Kendra, (NYK) has invited applications from youth of the district for development as National Service Volunteers (NSV) under the NSV Scheme of Government of India. The applicant must be graduate and below 24 years of age as on 31st December 2007. However, for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe and female candidates, relaxation has been given in their educational qualification and age. Such candidates should have passed 10+2 exam and should be 27 years of age as on 31st December 2007.
The selected candidates shall be deployed for one year to carry out NYK activities in the field for youth. The selected candidates will be paid a monthly honorarium of Rs. 1,000/-
The interested candidates can apply on plain paper to District Youth Co-ordinator, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Poonch, Near Khalsa Chowk, Poonch along-with photo copies of qualification certificates and one passport size photograph along with a self addressed envelop before March 31.
