| Cong hails free ration for drought hit families | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KISHTWAR, June 9: A meeting of Congress was held under the chairmanship of State Secretary Pradesh Congress Committee Jugal Bhandari to express gratitude to both Centre and State Government besides all Congress MLAs of erstwhile District Doda for sanctioning three months free ration to drought affected families of Doda and Kishtwar districts. The decision to distribute free ration among the drought hit families of Kishtwar and Doda districts brought respite to thousands of people living in twin district, the meeting said.
Those who were present in the meeting include Ab Subhan Kichloo, Mintoo, Mushtaq, Mohinder Singh, Ravi Kumar, Shanker Singh, Ranjeet Singh, Gh Rasool Wani, Abid Hussain Marwah and several others.
