| Azad convenes cabinet meeting | | | Jammu, Jan 31
Following the adjournment of State Assembly over the fake encounter incident in Ganderbal, Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad has convened an emergency meeting of his cabinet colleagues on Wednesday afternoon. Sources told that the coalition partner Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) called on the Chief Minister immediately after the speaker Tara Chand adjourned the House till 3 PM. According to the sources the Chief Minister agreed to the coalition partners that the issue be discussed in the cabinet meeting before the House debates over it and government takes any decision.
