| NMC demands spl package to regularise daily wagers | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 10: National Mazdoor Conference (NMC) president Subash Shastri has demanded a special package of Rs 5,000 cr from the Centre to regularise the services of daily wagers and pay the 6th pay commission arrears of the government employees.
Addressing NMC workers here today, he urged the planning commission deputy chairman to include the Rs 5,000 cr package in 2012-13 annual plan for the state to regularise the services of daily wagers and pay the 6th pay commission arrears to the government employees and pensioners.
Others who spoke on the occasion included Rajan Babu Khajuria, Sunil Kochhar, Sham Lal Sharma, Rakesh Padha, Jog Raj, Anii Singh Slathia, Surrinder Kumar, Barkat Ram, Sukhdev Singh, Dalip Kumar, Ashok Khajuria, Bupinder Singh and Ravi Razdan. |
