| Railway Tatkal Service | | | No doubt Indian railways commenced," Railway Tatkal service" Since recent past and has proved to be advantageous to the commuters, but there is one problem that the people requiring other advance booking and other booking, also stand in the same que and real deserving people who want to travel the next very day, cannot get the benefit of this Tatkal Service, as their precious time of one hour i.e. 8 a.m to 9 a.m, is consumed by the other people (who stand in que for booking other than Tatkal Service) and then from 9 am to 10 am Tatkal Service is utilized through internet booking and most of the time, common people are left with no option, but thy return from railway station without getting ticket from Talkal service. It is therefore requested to the railway authorities /ministry to look into the matter and make arrangements in such a way that the counter works exclusively for Tatkal Service only, so that the people can get real benefit of this service.
