KISHTWAR, June 10: In a meeting held here today, Congress workers thanked the central and the state governments for their initiative to provide three-month free ration to the drought-hit areas here. The meeting, held under the chairmanship of state PYC secretary Jugal Bhandari, also thanked the MLAs of erstwhile Doda district for raising the issue before the government which finally sanctioned three-month free ration for the drought affected families of Doda and Kishtwar districts.
