Dogri play staged in Govt school | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 10: A Dogri play "Kheda Kheda Ch" was stated by IPTA (J&K chapter) in government higher secondary school at Suanjana near Satwari hereon Saturday. Written by late Parveen Kesar, the play was directed by Vijay Malla. The play, which reveals miseries and handicaps of a farmer, a labour and a common man of a village who are deprived of their rights and exploited by politicians and money lenders, was praised by the gathering. Sarpanch Kul Bhushan Khajuria was the chief guest. Those who acted in the play included Kanta Sharma, Dr Vinod Sharma, Pardeep Sharma, Ashish Sharma, Mushtaq Ali, Gopal Verma, Vandana Hans, Suraj Naryan, Ram Dutt Sharma, Karan Sharma, Sahil Sharma, Dhruv Dutta, Neer, Sudesh, Rahul Pandita, Ravi Dhar, Hitanshu Jinsi and Tasleem Kounser. Votes of thanks were given by Dr Vinod. Romesh Chander was the organizer of this production. IPTA (J&K Chapter) president Malla assured the villagers that they would to stage such plays to create awareness awareness among the people. |
