APHCC for single Shrine Board for all temples in J&K | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 11: All Party Hindu Co-ordination Committee (APHCC) appreciating the move of state Govt. for bringing Mata Bala Sundri and Sukrala Mata under shrine Board held a meeting led by its Senior Executive Member Bhushan Lal Gupta in which the members appreciated the decision of the government. The members appealed the state Govt. to make a law to constitute an elected board for all the temples in the state, which was a long pending demand of the Hindu Community of the state. By constituting a common board of all the temples, the faith of the people would be honored, more-over the temples in the far flung areas and the shrines of heritage value would be repaired , restored and burden on the govt. would be reduced. They further said that the shrine board of mata vaishno devi and shri Amarnath ji were an example and an eye opener that how the income of these shrine were misused by different people before enacting the law, and how that money could have been used for the welfare of the huminity. The members asked the state Govt. to show courage amd enact an example for whole of the world by constituting an elected board of all the hindu temples and shrines, so that misuse and mis-management of the shrine on the name of religious may be stopped. |
