Gufran T20: Railway Club wins by 7 wkts

DODA, June 11: Central Railway Cricket Club Nagpur (CRCCN) made it a seven wickets win over Young Ach-ievers Sports Club Mumbai (YASCM) on way to the next round of the ongoing All India 8th Gufran Memorial T-20 Cricket Championship at Sports Stadium, here today. Earlier, batting first after winning the toss, YASCM bo-wled out for a small total of 87 runs in 16.1 overs. Rehan and Raju contributed 18 runs each. From CRCCN, Avinash and Nilesh took three and two wickets respectively. In reply, CRCCN chased the target in mere 8.5 overs losing three wicekts.
Amit Paunikar was highest scorer who scored 30 runs coming off just 14 balls while Vikas contributed 26 runs. Naushad bagged two wickets while Ram Singh took one from YASCM.
Later Amit Paunikar of CRCCN was declared man of the match for his best batting performance and was presented trophy by former chairman Municipal Committee Doda, Zaffarullah Rather. Today's match was officiated by Sanjay Singh and Subhash Mathur as umpires while Shahid Bashir Pampori acted as scorer.
