early times report
Kishtwar, June 11: Police today declared Parvaiz Iqbal Tak, the alleged main accused in the mysterious disappearance of Bollywood actress Laila Khan, as absconder and released his latest photograph.
Police, in their public message, has also assured for a suitable reward to the person who helps them in his arrest.
While police continued raids at several places to arrest Tak, he father Mohammad Amin Tak was also said to have gone underground to avoid his possible arrest. Sources said when police yesterday reached Tak's residence at Nalli Bhunzwah, his house was found with all the family members missing.
Meanwhile, police today shifted the Laila Khan's Outlander car to police station, Kishtwar, with the help of an army crane. The car was recovered from a shop on May 28 last.
Sources said Kishtwar police and Maharashtra police would now try to access the GPRS system installed inside the vehicle with the help of experts to ascertain the route taken by it after it left Mumbai last year.
