Kishtwar, June 12: One person was killed when the loose rocks caved in when the victim alongwith his father was digging soil for their livelihood.
According to reports one Khurshid Ahmed son of Mohammad Nizam resident of Cherhar Kishtwar was killed when he along with his father was digging out soil near Bindraband approximately 6 Kms from main township of Kishtwar. The loose rocks caved in injuring Khurshid and his father. The passerby digging out the duo from the soil shifted to District Hospital Kishtwar where doctors declared Khurshid Ahmed as brought dead while his father after receiving first aid treatment were discharged. Meanwhile police handed over the body of deceased to the family members for last rituals after completing all legal formalities. |
