| Goods worth over Rs 90 lakh traded across LoC | | | early times report
POONCH, June 13: Goods worth over Rs 90 lakh were traded across the LoC point at Trade facilitation Centre, Chhakan Da Bagh crossing point, here today.
Officials said that from this side, seven trucks carrying tamarind and banana worth Rs 25.58 lacs rolled out to the other side of LoC whereas from PoK side, four trucks carrying almond and dry dates worth Rs 66. 70 lakh crossed to this side, they added. The LoC point was opened twice during the day from 1pm to 1:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 5 pm and officials from both the sides monitored the transportation of goods. |
