| Iftakhar nominated Election Commissioner for NSUI elections | | | early times report
jammu, June 14 : Iftkhar Ahmed, Election Commissioner, All India NSUI Central Election Authority is made in-charge of 6 important states which include Karnataka, Pondicherry, Tamil Nadu, Mumbai, Kerala and Maha-rashtra for conducting talent hunt for selecting Returning Officers which includes District Returning Officer (DRO) , Zonal Returning Officer (ZRO) and Pradesh Returning Officer (PRO) and these selected Returning Officers will be deputed by central Election Authority to conduct NSUI elections in other states during elections process throughout the country. NSUI Central Election Authority, which has responsibility of conducting NSUI internal organizational elections throughout the country is going to conduct TALENT HUNT for selecting Returning officers (RO) to conduct NSUI elections across the country.
It is pertinent to mention here that Iftkhar Ahmed is one among the five Election Commissioners all over the country appointed through talent hunt by Rahul Gandhi for conducting organizational Elections in NSUI and first from Jammu and Kashmir to be appointed as Election Commissioner. iftkhar will conduct interview in these 6 states and select District Returning Officer (DRO) , Zonal Returning Officer(ZRO) and Pradesh Returning Officer (PRO) through talent hunt process in these states. |
