| Court directs FIR against SP, another | | | | Jammu, June 16 (JNF) : Special Municipal Mobile Magistrate VS Bhou in a complaint filed by one Tripta Gupta W/o Rajesh Gupta R/o Rehari Colony Jammu has directed SHO P/S Bakshi Nagar Jammu to register FIR against both the accused persons namely Vikas Gupta (KPS) presently SP Home Guard Jammu his father Rajinder Gupta S/o Lt Jia Lal Gupta R/o Rehari Colony Jammu. While directing the registration of FIR the Special Municipal Mobile Magistrate Jammu after hearing Adv Rohit Kapoor assisted by Adv Nadia Qadir Naikoo appearing for the complainant also directed SSP Jammu to investigate the matter personally expeditiously in accordance with law. Action taken report shall be communicated to this Court on or before July 2, 2012. |
