| Porno clip of school going student shocks Kishtwar | | |

Kishtwar June 16:- Porno clips of a school going girl came to fore amid shock and utter disbelief of the people of Kishtwar. Police immediately took cognizance of the two clips of 1 minute 53 second and 1 minute 1 second duration and registered an FIR. Kishtwar u/s 292/294/67 A IT Act. Meanwhile, the school authorities expelled the girl.
The clips available with "Early Times" clearly show the girl in school uniform objecting to the moves of the accused.
Divulging details, Dy. SP HQ Kishtwar Abrar Chowdhary said that police soon after identifying the girl in clip registered an open FIR at police station Kishtwar under relevant sections of laws. He said that police have already started the investigation and are hopeful of arresting the accused involved in exposing the nudity of the teenage girl.
He said that constitution as well as law provides the legal immunity to the minor girl featuring in the said clips. He said that police is the legal custodian of the minor girl and said that the FIR is in accordance to the law.
He said that though in past such clips also surfaced in Kishtwar, but this time the girl is minor and the accused could be prosecuted through suo-motto action which according to Chowdhary was followed in this case.
Police said that beside two clips involving teenage girl, some more clips involving students were also under scanner. Police said that keeping in view of the sensitivity of the crime, police will take stern action against the accused as warranted under law.
