| Jt Director inaugurates self employment unit | | | Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, June 17 : Joint Director, Planning Udhampur, Rrakesh Jamwal inaugurated a Grinding Unit at village Garhi, about 10 Kms from Udhampur district headquarters here on Sunday. The unit has been set up by a local educated youth, Tarsaim Singh under Jammu and Kashmir State Self Employment Scheme (JKSES). Appreciating the efforts of Mr. Tarsaim Singh, The Joint Director said that state and centre governments have launched various self employment schemes for the welfare of the educated youth and exhorted upon them to bring themselves under the ambit of various State and Centrally Sponsored Schemes instead of hankering after white collar jobs. Wishing all success to the entrepreneur, Jamwal said that other unemployment youth should follow the live example of this young man and should come forward to shape their future in a better way by setting up their income generating ventures. Among others, prominent citizens and youth of the area were present on the occasion. |
