A two day National Level seminar on “Dynamism in Higher Education: Towards quality excellence” organized here this morning at Government Women College, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. The seminar seminar was sponsored by NAAC.
The function was inaugurated by Director CEC, UGC, Prof. G. D. Sharma, Vice Chairman Shree Mata Vaishno Devi University, Prof. Narendra Bansal, Director Colleges, Dr. N. D. Wani and Prof. Veena Gupta Principal of the college with lighting of traditional lamp.
On the occasion, the signatories delivered lecture on “Teaching of English: A potential Area of innovation for excellence in higher education, Communication and soft skills as a means of entrepreneurship, effective teaching in higher education, Need for healthy teacher – student relationship in higher education – A quality sustenance initiative, etc”.
Earlier, Principal of the College Prof. Veena Gupta welcomed the guests on the occasion and threw light on the said topics.
