After the state of Jammu and Kashmir happen to integral part of India the islamic fundamental forces and vested interest politicians not lag behind to obliterate tranquility and silence. According to local news agency KNS, the members of Tehreek-e- Shariat islami, Save kashmir movement, Al Nasreen, Al-Afreen, Al Mansoorian , Jehad-ul-Islam, Askari and Al-Jabar held meeting under the chairmanship of Abdullah Ghaznavi of Lashkar-e-Taiba outfit and said " Journalists have been warned to remain away from security agencies and police officers.Journalists should stop strengthening the occupation and instead highlight the pain and suffering of Kashmiris due to oppressive state sponsored policies.
If we gaze at the Kashmir Media service report which reveals that since January 1989 to May31,2012 in militancy related incidents 93,757 were being killed 22,763 women widowed 107,436 children become orphaned10,030 women gang raped, molested while as in the month of May this current year13persons were being killed and two number of women were being gang raped ,molested. On May 30,2012 the seven paramilitary CRPF personnel critically injured in militant attack in the old city of Srinagar.
Over the last few weeks, the kashmir valley saw an upward surge in militancy related incidents with sarpanches and panches elected in elections in last year becoming soft targets of militant attacks.The banned Jaish-e-Mohammad militant outfit issued threats to panches and sarpanches in south kashmir and nearly dozens of Panches and sarpanches in Kashmir valley have resigned during last couple of days. On June 4 a sarpanch was shot at and injured in Kellar area of south Kashmir's pulwama district and an earlier to this the unidentified gunmen fired towards the house of numberdar Mushtaq Ahmed Bhat at village Gaffabal in south Kashmir kulgam district.Police have been unable to trace the attackers in most of the cases. As Lashker-e-Taiba militant outfit is using over ground workers to carry out the attacks. However the save Kashmir movement claimed the responsibility of attack on 7 CRPF Perssonel who were being critically injured on 30May2012 incident in old city of Srinagar..So it becomes difficulty for police and security agencies to trace them However it also cannot be ignored or ruled out that there should be big hand of Syed Sallahudin's the chairman of United Jehad council(UJC) in this respect to hit and derail any democratic process in the state.
The state government declare the year of 2011 peaceful and satisfactory but the back ground and reality behind all these happenings were alarming this time to everyone by witness of daily routine of militant activities which are disrupting the normal life in the valley from the beginning of this year. Though it cannot be ruled out or denied the fact that separatists and militant outfit organization remain absolutely in touch with their focus as per their sketch preparation program me during their salience mode guns era to deliver unexpected tremendous jolt to the state of affairs. I recall the incident of Feb18 this year NC worker at Hajan in North Kashmir's Band-ipora District Ghulam Hassan Dar Son of Ghulam Mohm-mad Dar of Hajan Sumbal was gunned downed by the unidentified gunmen at Hajan chowk Bandipora. Alike in another incident Ghulam Mohiudin Halqa president of NC in pinglish village of Tral pulwama was gunned down on30th March of this year at his residence by unknown three gunmen in which his wife Haseena Begum was critically injured. The process of militant related incidents are still to be continued on 17th of June at least five paramilitary CRPF men were wounded when suspected militants lobbed a grenade at their camp housed in plaza hotel in north Kashmir's sopore town
In earlier to this on May5 militants in broad day light stormed into the police picket guarding a Pandit inhabitant village in Parguchi shopian of south Kashmir and decamped with two self loading riffles used by cops to guard minority houses. This we so called reviving fears of renewed militancy in the valley. Not only this but suspected militants looted a police picket and decamped with four riffles and hand grenade after overpowering two policemen detailed to guard minority Sikh community in Arigam Village of Tral Pocket in south Kashmir pulwama district. It is significant to utter that in month of April current year the Kashmir reconciliation meet was held to build the CBM between the two communities with restoration of old culture and heritage in valley in which certain self styled representatives of Kashmiri pandits and moderate Hurriyat leaders and Hardliners participated but finally nothing has been concluded or found better possible in favor of Kashmiri pandits in such meet . It is by observance and comprehend to say that the Kashmiri Pandits the original inhabitants of Jammu and Kashmir found themselves the miserable status of refugees in their own country .As the pandits and their wives and children were subjected to indignities and brutalities and driven out of their home land have once again loss their faith over the loyalty of adjacent ambiance. Since the last more than two decades the Kp community is still waiting for the restoration of normalcy in the valley but the time still has not so ripe or suit for them to be rehabilitated there. At hand there is entirely perilous zone meant for them as they feel and undergo once again storm before silence there.
