| Cong leader holds meeting with party leaders at Padder | | | early times report
kishtwar, June 20 : Senior Congress leader Mohammad Aslam Malik visited Gulab-garh Padder along with senior Congress members from Kishtwar and held meeting with party leaders, Sarpanches and Panches at Gulabgarh-Padder. During the course of the party and public meetings, several party related matters as well as issues of public importance were discussed. The Congress leaders and party workers from Padder stressed upon the necessity of Degree College, technical institute and establishment of Girls Higher Secondary School at Padder.
Mohammad Aslam Malik during his public address threw light on the various achievements made during tenure of Ghulam Nabi Azad as Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and termed Azad tenure as golden era for development in state. He urged the people to strengthen the hands of Congress party for overall development of the area. Malik also watched the proceedings of Cricket Tournament at Gulabgarh and gave Rs 2000 to players for refreshment. |
