| IGNOU announces entrance tests for MBA, other courses | | | early times report
jammu, June 21: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) invites applications for admission to various degree/ diploma progr-ammes for January 2013 session through entrance tests to be held on August 19 all over the country. The applications have been invited in management, (Diploma in Management, PG Diploma in Management, PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, PG Diploma in Financial Management, PG Diploma in Operations Management, PG Diploma in Marketing Management) OPENMAT-XXXII, M Ed, B Ed and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (OPENNET-II)
Student Handbook and Prospectus can be obtained from the Registrar (SRD), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068 and also from all the Regional Centres including Regional Centre Jammu by sending a sum of Rs 550 through a demand draft/IPO in favour of IGNOU, payable at New Delhi or city of the concerned Regional Centre (R C Jammu) or by paying Rs 500 in cash at the sale counters at these places.
The last date for receipt of request for Student Handbook and Prospectus by post is 30th June, 2012. Application Form and Prospectus can also be downloaded from the website www.ignou.ac.in. and sent along with draft/ IPO for r550/- in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi by Registered/Speed Post to Registrar (SED), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068 (for Management Programmes and Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Programme) and to the concerned Regional Centre (Regional Centre Jammu for M.Ed. and B.Ed. programmes.
Prospectus will be sent to such applicants after receipt of Rs 550. The last date for the submission of the forms is on or before July 15.
