| Users in disarray as BSNL services go off air | | | Emroz SURI
RAJOURI, June 21: India's largest telecommunication service provider, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has today again left its scores of subscribers in complete disarray in border belt of Rajouri. BSNL subscribers in Rajouri had to go through a traumatic experience today as they had to face yet another break down of services being provided by BSNL, a giant in the field of communication.
All services of BSNL particularly mobile telephony remain snapped; however, BSNL officials had no clue about the problem while its customers had to bear the brunt whole day as they could not make a call or even surf internet.
It is pertinent that about one week back BSNL service got out of order here in Rajouri due to some fault in Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) in Teryath and Potha area.
However, reason of today's fault is yet to be ascertained.
Meanwhile, locals of Rajouri have urged higher authorities of BSNL to take immediate measures to rectify the system. |
