| NPSU stages protest against PDD, PHE | | |

JAMMU, June 22: National Panthers Student Union, Pahari wing held a strong protest against PDD and PHE under the supervision of Shakeel Qureshi (District President) at Palma Rajouri. Addressing the gathering Shakeel lambasted the state government for its callous attitude.Shakeel further said that ruling government led by Omar Abdullah has failed on every front, it is very unfortunate that this area is ignored by the rulers for the last six decades and its very painful to say that area in this modern age lacks basic facilities, people of the area are suffering a lot of difficulties due to undue curtailment of Power and irregular supply of water. He demanded immediate redressel of the problems being faced by the common masses.
Iftikhar Tantray(District General Sectary) while addressing the gathering alleged that Govt. is playing with the sentiments of the innocent people of the area and is just using these people as their vote banks.He further said we will not let any one to play with our sentiments adding that if our grievances will not be solved with in two weeks NPSU will hold protest in front of District Development Commissioner office, Rajouri. |
